I’m a fitness-loving, information-seeking, adventure-hunting, sarcasm-spewing protector.
I’m any of those resonate with you, you’re in the right place and I’m so glad you’re here!
After working as a Personal Trainer for 10 years, in 2017 I enrolled in an intensive pre and postnatal exercise course. It was here that I discovered my passion for helping women like you build physical and mental strength and resiliency for pregnancy and motherhood.
